Redstring Productions, Incorporated
Redstring Productions, Inc. (RPI) is an Independent Production Company founded in 1997 and incorporated in 1998. It is solely owned by Robert J. Sherman. RPI's focus is family oriented animation and live action films for feature and television release. Its objective is to develop and produce top quality, family oriented entertainment in motion pictures, television and print.

Mr. Sherman has produced and consulted on a number of projects. He assisted and advised Robert B. Sherman on CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG: THE STAGE MUSICAL and is currently assisting Robert B. Sherman with the new stage musical MARY POPPINS.

In 2002 Mr. Sherman produced a series of fine art shows for his subsidiary ROBERT SHERMAN ART. Openings and exhibitions took place in London, Los Angeles and Orlando, Florida. Shows were covered by BBC television and radio and were widely reviewed by other television, radio and print media as well.

In 2001 Mr. Sherman produced and directed I CAN'T FORGET THE MELODY, a documentary about the making of the Oscar nominated film musical: THE SLIPPER AND THE ROSE. This documentary appears on the best selling DVD of the same name. In 2001 Mr. Sherman was also an Associate Producer on the independent feature film, ONLY IN VENICE.

In 2000 Mr. Sherman established CLOCKWORK WEBSITES, LLC, an Internet website development company. As the company's Managing Director, he developed and launched a number of websites for entertainment and non-entertainment companies.

In 1998 Mr. Sherman collaborated on the production of THE MAGIC SEVEN, a 3-D animated musical feature film. The actors on THE MAGIC SEVEN were James Earl Jones, Demi Moore, Jeremy Irons, Michael J. Fox, Jennifer Love-Hewitt and Ted Danson. Mr. Sherman has written songs for the educational film YES I CAN and for the feature animation musical THE ADVENTURES OF AMAZON JACK (Columbia Tristar) starring the voices of Sandra Bernhard and Matthew Lawrence.

He is currently on the board and is the Vice President of Operations for MUSIC WORLD CORPORATION, a music publishing company. He has produced ten benefit stage productions as well as three music albums.Mr. Sherman has been a member of BMI since 1986 and graduated from the USC School of Cinema/Television, Class of 1990 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Filmic Writing.

Michael Massarik became President of RPI in 2001. His background includes the establishment of his own management-consulting firm in 1981. He has managed and consulted with many individuals and corporations in the fields of entertainment, high technology, manufacturing, real estate, banking, and start-up companies. He has comprehensive knowledge and experience in many aspects of business development for medium and small size companies, business structuring, and business management. He has an extensive background in company problem solving.

In the entertainment business he has worked in a number of capacities. From 1976 until 1986 he was a record producer. At that time he produced projects at E.M.I. Records, A&M Records, and Cream East Memphis (a music publishing company). He has also negotiated agreements for many companies in the entertainment industry including photographers, art directors, and location companies. He was a stockbroker for many years and he has an extensive background in managing money for clients, companies, Trusts, and corporations. He began trading stocks and equity options on a professional basis for his own account and for others beginning in 1982. He published his first book on trading stock equity options, "Executive Strategy Options Trader" in 1996. He is a graduate of UCLA.
